Adam has established a national practice representing victims ranging from individuals suffering catastrophic personal injuries to groups of plaintiffs affected by harmful medical devices, pharmaceutical products, chemicals, automobiles, and more.  He has represented of thousands of plaintiffs in mass tort and product liability actions.

Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Adam completed his undergraduate work earning an Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from Georgia Tech.  Adam then attended Villanova University School of Law, where he served as the Managing Editor of Student Works for the Villanova Law Review.  Adam then worked as an attorney at Herman Herman & Katz in New Orleans and then at Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein in the firm's New York office.  During this time, Adam played a leadership role in nationwide complex defective products and pharmaceuticals cases.

Adam has written and spoken on substantive legal issues as well as the profession and has addressed national organizations on topics ranging from defective medical devices, medical malpractice, environmental catastrophes, and advanced trial skills.
